AR (Augmented Reality) Technologies While Learning and Teaching Foreign Language 



It is an example of AR technology .In future our classes will be more attractive and colorful than today's classes.Students can easily imagine with help of AR technology.For instance , dinosaurs are endangered species  and we know species of dinosaurs but we can not imagine as 3D in our minds. Foreign language teaching is a big area for AR technology because vocabulary is an important part of learning and it can be improved  with many techniques such as memorization ,narrating of vocabulary and vocabulary using in sentence but it is a long process for both students and teachers. These techniques do not have masterstroke  and they are not suitable for all students and teachers.Since especially young  learners want to learn with their five sense organs . AR and VR technologies give  change to use these five sense organs and real and permanent  knowledge is created through the  instrumentality of AR  .This picture is  the periodic table of ios apps for AR technology for creating your AR .

I used Hp REVEAL App which is created  very understandable instructions and a lot of animated gıfs This is  my first  trial example which is incredible. Because ,it is very significant improvement in the all world . My animal is PARROT .I can show how parrot is an animal and there are both picture and animated gif of parrot by virtue of AR Technology at the same time .Students are affected too much because of loving of animated gif  and colorful environment .They are able to create own story or experiences with the AR  technologies and then data will turn into knowledge or temporary learning will transform to permanent  learning.

How Should Be a Constructivist Classroom?


Constructivist education is when starts students find out with help of experiences and guidance of teacher .It leads to improve self cofidence and discover  sense of self with group studies and guidance of teacher.Teacher is like a compass .Educator leads ,student finds own rota with the help of own unique experiences.

For all education enviroment is a big change because it is free and high accessibilty and easy .It has nearly 50.000 students and thousands of courses.It is used and tried from large mass.It has big success in CMS(Course Management System),LMS(Learning Management Systems), DLS(Distance Learning Sytems) and VLE(Virtual Learning Enviroment). Moodle adopts social construtionist pedagocy that supports occasion -based,target-oriented and critical rebound -based education.It embodies %100 online courses so everybody is able to get training easily , fastly and lively. Moodle has easy ,understandable and cheap operating system so it is a big chance for developing countries.Because ,education is human right and everybody should reach education.

SECOND LIFE

second life is the first and real virtual simulation tool. It is a big virtual cosmos . Users can create own world and it can be updated by own users.Second life was established with the aim of second independent life to users  by Linden lab company in 2003 ,San francisco. Its name comes from this aim because users can do shopping, construct buildings ,buy house and land , design and buy clothes .Users earn own real money from second life so it is so popular in the world . Since users have access to it in everywhere ,everytime , every situation. It is used by big famous companies such as IBM,Mercedes and Adidas with reasons of advertisement ,accessibilityand customers' comments ,schools especially universities , trademarks. For instance, universities can buy own lands , construct their school building and create their special areas for their students .Students create own avatar in second life.They feel no anxiety, more relaxed and can be creative.They behave more comfortable


and compose their special social life with friends from all world. They do not spend their time in transportation vehicles ,traffic congestions or money. If we look from the viewpoint of universities, they do not need to construct new classrooms  and take in consideration of classroom size by virtue of second life . University students are able to access in their lesson with their avatars and take courses easily whereever they want.Universities can save their money , increase their facilities  and earn reputation thanks to second life. Second life give chance getting taste of freedoom.

      I will talk about microsoft seminar and web 4 (artificial intelligence) in education life.It is a different experience for me. It is a big and important  meeting for education life.Teacher can realize their potential and their students potential with technology. Technology gives time management  and being accessible change  to teacher and student. Web.3.0 claims  class is not formed with only wall and board. If student want to learn ,education will be reachable in every where ,situation and time.we are in Web.3.0  technology. After then web 4 is coming in very near time. we will understand students' emotions ,thinking and evaluate students' interests to the lesson with the help of web 4 tools or apps.Today's educational  technology can not reach every where of Turkey so we need to improve and transmit all schools because today's minister of education say that edx make saving time ,money ,and students can be more relaxed and active in edx. how foreign language learners should use effectively reading strategies while learning new languge


                                                           READING
Reading is commonly about understanding of context or giving meaning to vocabularies , sentences and passages  . For reading is said that it is a processing of information . Readers construct between text and context with help of own experiences , general  informations , or culture. Language has three main elements which are lexis ,syntax and conventions  so readers can develop new strategies with language elements . Reading strategies are significiant . It leads to gain time and energy to understand of target language . There are a lot of strategies such as skimming , scanning , sampling ,search reading ,surveying, focused reading but skimming and scanning are  more effective ,useful and popular for reading . In skimming ,readers  can get general idea with surveying a text quickly ,on the other handy scanning is  a little different from skimming since scanninng is related to research of specific facts in a text .SQRRR is approach that is applied by both native readers  and non native readers . It helps you to find overall idea  and  general imagination from text.
SURVEY(sample or skim the text ,use abstracts ,beginings of paragraphs ,conclusion)
QUESTİON(ask yourself what answers you think the text will give you)
READ(go back and read in  enough detail to get those answers)
RECALL(put the text to one side and try to remember its main points)
REWIEV(ask yourself how sure you are that you have gained enough from the text)
While readers are doing reading in new language ,they are facing to some troubles which are related lacking of vocabulary and low reading speed . Some universities did some researches about international students ‘ reaction and reading speed to second language reading text . Here it is ,linguistic knowledge come to existence because linguistic knowledge constructs between new unknown structure and known structure. Linguistic has two players that are content and structure . They determine Genres(text types).
In conclusion ,’How readers increase their read speeding and understanding ?’ It still a big question but today’s world can improve some strategies for decreasing this troubles. These strategies are ;reading short stories ,abstracts of reading texts,skimming and scanning , highlighting important detail of text ,and looking genres of text . Giving meaning ,understanding and reading speed are irreplaceble parts of reading in new language.


                           
  Constructivism and Epistemology in Education Life 
For  ages, people have been among the society. Education has different perspective so educators and researcher always improve different methods , approaches for facilatating understanding wondering that what is knowledge? and how can people acquıre knowledge? forwhy they improved many theories,aproaches and thougts . All these developments are for enhancing knowledge. Philosopy and philosophers are the basis of the knowledge and education at the same time  but education has different situation from knowledge so philosopy and thinkers have not sufficient lighting and knowledge. In philosophy gives importance only to absolute knowledge . Following this,many approaches put forward such as behaviorism ,direct method or constructivism . nowadays, constructivism is so popular since the World and World ‘s perspectives  are changing day by day. Constructivism sembolizes both constructing knowledge and improving excess of your comment to knowledge.
In old times ,education is lıke a transfer between educator and learner or learners are  like a recorder which is recording educator’s discourse. Information is the most significiant of the education .learners can not add any comment to information and their responsibility is related to take information and memorise. On the other hand constructivism came to existence in 20th century. It has been upholding that learner has ground of realistic knowledge and metaphysical knowledge . Learner is able to mix all clues  about knowledge and create own special permanent knowledge . especially in foreign language learning ,it has very important role because it leads to improve their knowledge with their enviroments .
People have confusion about epistemology and constructivism because they have resemble to each other but ıt has a big difference .Epistemology  is interested in mere knowledge but constructivism is appertaining to process knowledge . ıt focuses on creating ,making and process. Product or knowledge  is main factors of epistemology ,we can not  talk about process in epistemology so it is seen as a short and temporary learning .To sum up,epistemology should not confuse with constructivism.
Group work is another important factor of constructivism which is concerned with communucation and interaction of group members. Because it leads to give change doing discussion and idea exchange . Learners can determine own right way with help of other ideas. They are able to reach different perspectives and   catch change of evaluation these perspectives with own perspectives.In conclusıon, constructivism is about finding and improving yourself in group .
As a consequence, constructivism helps developing ideas of learner . In deveolping World ,producing is more  important  than learning. If human uses knowledge being learned ,human can obtain real and useful knowledge . constructivism helps to learn how to use information ,data and knowledge. Learners are come centre with help of constructivisim in education life.
